Kyle & Mari-Anne - Ballogie House

Kyle and Mari-Anne's love story started when their friend Sean, introduced them on a blind date.

Life Together: Dogs, Adventures & A Little Someone Named Fergus

Life today is full of love., laughter, and family adventures. With their little one, Fergus, and their two dogs, Islay and Tiree, their ideal “date night” is more about exploring the outdoors than fine dining. Though nights out may be rare, they wouldn’t trade their family walks for anything.

The Inside Joke That Stuck

Every couple has their own language, and for Kyle and Mari-Anne, that language includes a simple but meaningful phrase: “Thanks, Sean!” Whether it’s a stroke of good luck or something going their way, this little inside joke always makes an appearance—a nod to the friend who unknowingly played matchmaker.

The Big Day: What Matters Most

When asked about the most important part of their wedding, their answer was simple: getting married and celebrating with all their loved ones. No over-the-top themes or strict schedules—just a relaxed day full of laughter, love, and maybe even a few “Thanks, Sean!” moments sprinkled in.

So here’s to Kyle and Mari-Anne—two wonderful people who found love in the middle of a lockdown, built a life full of adventures (and furry friends), and are now celebrating the next chapter with everyone they love. Cheers to a day filled with joy, memories, and, most importantly, each other.
